A few years ago, our teacher was going to show us a video. She was waiting and waiting for it to start(it was on a DVD) until someone showed her that she needed to click the "play" button.
She hadn't even tried to start it.

It never ceases to amaze me that whenever I ask a client to press the arrow key or the tab key, they don't know where it is. They expect to find it on the screen.
