Sometimes I can tell a client how I really feel

Our software requires that every workstation is given a workstation ID unless they want to grab the first available license. I get a call from an office that they're getting a message that the license is in use.

I had them go to that workstation so I can dial in and take a look. Looks like someone else is using the license.

Doctor says that he pays us a lot of money to make sure it works. Ironically, he has a list of what computer is supposed to have what license. I felt like saying to him, "No doctor, you're the one that determine the licenses, so you're the one that's supposed to make sure everything is set correctl."
