Client calls this morning saying that she’s having problems printing statements for a few doctors. It would slow down and take forever. I asked her whether she’s tried it on any other machine because I wanted to see whether there’s something on her machine that may be slowing it down. She says no because she doesn’t want to tie up the other machines. I told her I needed to check to make sure. She says, “You’re not very helpful!†and hangs up.
