Man it has been dead in here anyhow here is my tech tale.
While working help desk\desktop support at a pharmaceutical firm for one of my past employers I received a call from one of our sales reps. I proceeded to go through the standard troubleshooting questions /steps and I just got the snotty answer "It just doesn't work" any further attempts to get any more info on this were unsuccessful. I wasn't going to argue with them so I told the rep to send the laptop into the office. A few days later the laptop reached the office onCe i opened the package i noticed that there was moisture in the laptop but the outer packaging was dry. I'm wondering how that happened, so my colleague overheard me and he asked to look at the laptop, he picked up a faint scent of chlorine ,it turns out that the rep had dropped the laptop in the pool and was too embarrassed to admit to it.
