Client needed to frantically complete grad work portfolio, but his laptop was not cooperating when he opened a web browser. Turned out his router was shot and I had to install another.
As he saw me pull the old router out and tell him I had to replace it, he asked, 'does this mean wifi won't work upstairs either?'
I did not answer and simply left to purchase another.
