Funny and Humorous Technical Support Tales and Stories

When I worked as a tech support rep for EarthLink in Pasadena, CA from 2000 - 2002, I got a call from a guy who said his email wasn't working.

Me: When was the last time it worked?

Him: Yesterday.

Me: What do you see on the screen right now?

Him: I have an email open, ready to send.

Me: Go ahead and send it.

Him: I can't.

Me: Why?

Him: There's no send button.

Me: There should be a send button at the bottom right corner of the window.

Him: There's no send button.

Me: How about this... At the top of the message composition window, I want you to click and drag the title bar up and to the left.

Him: Ohhh, there's the send button!
