Client calls in because our software is freezing up. I call them and they have me to talk the new office manager.
So I asked her to go our WebEx portal. She's having problems getting to it, so I ask her to go into our software (called Eyecare). First problem, she doesn't have our software up, and second problem, she doesn't even know what Eyecare is. Amazing. I asked her to let me talk to someone who actually uses the software.
