I get a call from a client whose login account to our software is expired. I asked her to go to our Webex portal so I can log in and fix it. However, when it tries to install the WebEx plugin, it can't be installed due to system restrictions.

I asked her whether her system admin can log in and fix it. Their system admin was fired. I asked her whether the doctors can log in. She said that the doctors don't use our software.

Told her she needs to call her IT and have them allow the Webex plugin to be installed, otherwise I can't help her.
