I get a call from the assistant to the doctor who told her to call us because the prescriptions they print out print 50 times.
I asked her to get me onto her system via Webex.It takes a bit longer because she doesn't know what I meant when I told her to go to our WebEx site.
Once I get on, I asked her to show me. She doesn't know how to do it.
So I ask her which portion. She said probably the Medical Records portion. I go there and it works fine. She then tells me I don't know how he does it he just told me you guys need to fix it.
First of all, they're a version behind, so our programmers won't even fix it. I then told her without the exact steps to recreate the problem, I can't give the issue to the programmers. On top of that, I needto test it on the new version so I can tell the programmers that also.
She responds with 'I really thought this was going to be easier than this.'
